Each partner brings unique expertise in education, AI, and teacher training, working together to empower educators for the AI era. The Autonomous Trade Union for education, science, and culture represents over 30,000 members. It advocates for teacher rights and AI education initiatives in North Macedonia. As the lead organization, they ensure the seamless coordination of project activities across all partner countries and oversee the development of AI competence models for educators.
A coaching center from Serbia that brings expertise in training educators and integrating AI in educational methodologies, with a strong focus on online coaching and professional development. Koučing Centar doo is essential in building the mentorship aspect of the project, training AI Navigators to support and inspire their peers effectively.
A non-governmental organization from Bulgaria focused on innovative educational approaches and training in soft skills, entrepreneurship, and digital education. They develop AI-integrated training programs, creating resources that help teachers adopt AI to enhance student engagement and skill-building.
Syndicate Education Podkrepa supports Bulgarian teachers, advocating for their rights and professional development, especially through projects aimed at integrating AI and new technologies in education. They coordinate national workshops and events, fostering a collaborative environment for educators to explore AI’s role in modern teaching.
NMCT from Brussels, Belgium focuses on coaching and training with a commitment to developing AI-powered educational tools and enhancing teacher well-being through AI-based solutions. NMCT leads efforts in creating digital coaching tools, offering educators personalized support for successful AI integration in their classrooms.
Maksima is an adult education center from Croatia specializing in teacher training. With experience in AI and new technologies, Maksima contributes significantly to the project’s educational resources. They also support project dissemination, reaching a broad network of European educators and maximizing project visibility through targeted outreach efforts.
